Valnet is known among journalists as the crappiest in everything. They pay the least, request the most (get hired as a TCG writer, expect to write about the Last of Us TV show) and "require" without telling you that you will concept and speculate trending/potential areas they should focus on. Also, they have in the contract that they do not allow submissions with any form of AI assistance, then turn a blind eye if it has relevant keywords and looks real. The main reason people work for them is they are easy to get a job with, and then leave once you have enough time to look good on a resume. Doing all of that is crappy. Trying to silence anyone that speaks about it is scummy. On the bright side them doing this probably brought more attention to them than if they hadn't

My observations conclude it was the dark raindrop, as if it has a big enough and overlooked hit box it could have counted as breaking something to make the noise the rain makes. Usually the things that hit you will continue to move, and the only explanation that makes the raindrop stop when the knight dies, aka the knight breaks the object and freezes it bcs it’s not an enemy, or a background object. Without testing this is what I can conclude but I may go back in and see if I can find out :) this is like probably extremely wrong and one of you who know more about the game will call me stupid but whateverrr
